Celebration of Dedication: Tenure Party 2025-2026

The Spence community celebrated 25 faculty and staff members at the annual Tenure Party, a tradition of saluting colleagues at the start of their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, and 35th milestone years as Spence employees. Head of School Felicia Wilks highlighted each individual’s unique contributions to the School, noting that, “Those honored today are our ‘long-termers;’ the steadfast individuals whose presence shapes the very heart of Spence.”

During her introduction, she also shared the common traits of this year’s honorees: “They bring warmth, diligence, resilience, positivity, and selflessness to all they do. They are generous with their time, agile in spirit, and ever-willing to lend a hand… through their commitment, they remind us that excellence is a constant practice, built over years of care, collaboration, and love for this community.”

We congratulate all of this year’s honorees. The Spence community is so grateful for your ongoing dedication.
