Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees comprises a dedicated group of parents, alumnae, and friends who serve as the governing body of the School, entrusted with upholding Spence's mission and its long term health and vitality. Working in partnership with the Head of School, the Trustees focus on strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and the preservation of institutional integrity. Above all, Trustees are responsible for ensuring that the School continues to thrive for generations of students to come.
