Admissions Overview

Welcome to Spence! We are excited to share with you the wonder and possibilities of our school community: fueled by spirited girls and young women who pursue scholarship with a balance of rigor and joy and see their future as they develop confidence and agency.
Spence actively seeks bright, motivated students who also reflect racial, cultural, religious, and socioeconomic diversity. The School enrolls students in Grades K through 12 from all boroughs of New York City, as well as from parts of Westchester County, Connecticut and New Jersey.

Our application is now closed for the 2024-2025 academic year. If you would like to stay in contact with us, please complete our inquiry form. We encourage you to learn more about Spence by exploring our website, by following us on Instagram @thespenceschool and by visiting us at an upcoming admissions event.

We look forward to exploring the lifelong impact of a Spence education with you and your daughter.
