'Computational Geometry' Publishes Research by Computer Science Department Head
Congratulations to Computer Science Department Head Justin Iwerks, whose research was recently published in Computational Geometry. His paper, “Combinatorics and Complexity of Guarding Polygons with Edge and Point 2-Transmitters,” investigates how many wireless routers are needed to provide wireless internet everywhere in a building. The authors also explore where the routers should go and if it is computationally difficult to determine where they should go. Click here to read Dr. Iwerks’ paper.
