Home of the Sabers: 2024-25, 2023-24 and 2022-23 AAIS Quarterfinalists
 
In 2024-25 The Sabers returned to the AAIS Quarterfinals for the 4th consecutive season. The JV Basketball squad is a competitive developmental team that serves to prepare student-athletes for a future opportunity at the varsity level. A challenging AAIS schedule prepares the team for an exceptionally competitive AAIS JV postseason tournament, mirroring the experiences of the varsity program. As a competitive developmental team, students in grade 12 do not participate on JV teams and only limited playing time is available to any students in grade 11 on JV teams.
 
The JV team plays in the state-of the-art 400+ seat Spence Gymnasium at 412 East 90th Street  
Practices will be Monday through Friday, and home games will be at the 412 Gymnasium. Athletes are required to wear basketball sneakers.
