In 2024-25 Spence Swimming was led by strong young swimmers, complemented by seasoned veteran standouts, including, for the 4rd consecutive year a multi-event individual NYSAIS Swim Championship Finalist. The team’s success was most certainly due to their depth and versatility demonstrated by their making waves as the AAIS Championship Runner-Up and the program’s best team PAWformance at the NYSAIS Championships!

A challenging AAIS schedule prepares the team for a highly competitive AAIS postseason championship meet. As a longtime AAIS swimming power, and a strong core of returning swimmers, Spence will look to challenge for the AAIS Swim Championship Team title in 2025-26!

 

Practices are Monday through Friday. The team trains at Asphalt Green and Convent of the Sacred Heart, pools, as well as additional fitness training three times a week to prepare athletes to swim competitively in a variety of events and distances. Athletes are required to supply their own practice swimsuits and goggles.
