This year Spence celebrated 21 longtime faculty and staff members at the 15th annual Tenure Party, hearing tributes from Head of School Felicia Wilks that highlighted each individual’s unique qualities and valued attributes that they bring to Spence every day.

“Our amazing institution has continued to thrive because of its remarkable faculty and staff,” said Wilks during her introduction. Since its inception in 2008, the Tenure Party has recognized Spence faculty and staff at the outset of their milestone years. This year, Spence honored faculty and staff celebrating their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, and 35th Spence anniversaries.
