Practices are Monday through Friday at the Sabers brand new 9-court home venue at Spence's new facility at 412 East 90th Street. In addition to the 9 match play courts and team room at 412, the players and coaches will utilize PlaySight technology for skill and match strategy analysis. The program includes on-court and off-court skill development, strength and conditioning and an added emphasis on players developing and learning to employ match strategy. Instruction will include an additional sport-specific emphasis on footwork and agility training. Athletes are required to wear appropriate footwear (court shoes are required for court practices) and to provide their own racquet and protective eyewear.
