Spence Model Congress Takes Home Seven Awards at Princeton Model Congress Conference
Congratulations to the Spence Model Congress team on their victories at this year’s Princeton Model Congress Conference in Washington, D.C. The delegation consisted of eight Spence students, all participating in different committees and arguing a range of bill topics.
The team took home a total of seven awards this year: senior head Hara S. '23 was awarded best delegate of her full session, the White Senate. Junior head Elena M. '24 was awarded an honorable mention in the White House Armed Services committee. Kate S. '24 was awarded best delegate in her committee, the Red Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Sophie W. '24 was awarded best delegate in her committee, White Senate Judiciary. Junior head Lee Lee S. '24 earned an honorable mention in her committee, White House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and was awarded best delegate in her full session, the White House. Beauty H. '26, a freshman, earned an honorable mention in her committee, Orange Senate Ways and Means.
