Faculty

Not for school but for life we learn.

At the heart of the Spence motto is our excitement for exploration, discovery and enduring relationships. This is the education we provide, and the livelong intellectual pursuit we instill.

From the friendly and intimate environment of our Lower School, to the supportive and collaborative nature of our Middle School, through to the critical and dynamic thinking that is the hallmark of our Upper School, Spence is a place of growth, challenge and learning.

Faculty roles at Spence are varied and deep, serving as educators, trainers, supporters and advisors. Nearly 75 percent of Spence faculty members hold advanced degrees. They bring an average of 14 years of experience into the classroom.
